Shirley oversees business development and sales of QIC products and services.

Shirley has 27 years of experience in financial services. She specializes in serving listed companies and institutional legal persons, finding undervalued long-term investment targets for institutional legal persons, assisting listed companies in introducing strategic and long-term investors, and assisting in equity transactions. During her tenure as the Vice President of FundRich, Shirley was mainly responsible for the planning and implementation of the National Retirement Self-Reliance Investment Practice Project, which has achieved remarkable results in promoting Taiwanese people's independent retirement financial planning. Shirley was the Executive Vice President of Ruifu Capital, which mainly invests in start-up and early-stage companies and assists them in entering the capital market.

Shirley holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from National Taiwan University majoring in International Business. She also has her Bachelor of Public Administration and Policy from National Chung Hsing University in Taiwan. Shirley was a Forestry major at National Chung Hsing University but later switched to Public Administration and Policy. She's always loved the mountains and forests and prefers them more than the ocean. Besides her love for the mountains and forest, she is a big animal lover— both dogs and cats. She has had 3 dogs, a Golden Retriever named Misty, a Labrador Retriever named Lala, and a Husky named Hugo. They all have a very special place in Shirley's heart.
