The first S-Corridor Summit was held on the 21st at ARGO Yacht Club in Tainan City, organized jointly by ARGO Yacht Club, Quantum International Club (QIC), and Fubon Securities. The summit attracted 160 distinguished participants, including international and domestic institutional investors from Taipei and listed enterprises from Southern Taiwan. The event centered on the rising opportunities in Southern Taiwan amid the accelerating wave of AI and semiconductor investments.

According to ARGO Yacht Chairman Hou You-Lin, central government initiatives have enabled Tainan, Kaohsiung, and Pingtung to develop into a robust semiconductor S-Corridor, where leading companies in AI, semiconductors, and advanced packaging congregate. This industrial clustering has fueled strong performance across Southern Taiwan’s high-tech sector, while traditionally low-profile listed companies are also demonstrating solid operational strength.
He emphasized that the summit represents the first step toward establishing an investment platform for Southern Taiwan. Moving forward, the organizers will continue to link more enterprises, creating a significant investment gateway for institutional investors both domestically and abroad.
