QIC Statement

In response to the advertisement published in the Economic Daily on March 30, 2023, which seriously damaged the reputation of our company, Quantum International Corp. (QIC), and Mr. Peter Kurz, we hereby solemnly declare:

1. QIC is an internationally renowned organization with professional and widely recognized analysis and judgment on corporate value and sustainable development. All entrustments received will be carried out with loyalty and due diligence. 
2. Mr. Peter Kurz's professional attitude is highly respected in this field and should not be the target of malicious attacks by those who are interested.
3. However, someone purchased an advertisement intentionally in the Economic Daily on March 30, 2023, and published false accusations that the company was not professional, which has seriously affected the reputation of the company and Mr. Gu Yuehan. Therefore, we hereby declare the positions of the company and Mr. Peter Kurz. If there is malicious defamation, our company and Mr. Kurz will take legal action and hold those accountable.​
