Over a career spanning 40 years, Peter has emerged as a leading financial commentator and analyst of the Taiwan markets and industries, earning him the moniker of Mr. Taiwan. He currently serves as Chief Strategy Officer at Quantum International Corporation (QIC) where he advises companies on accessing international capital markets.
At QIC, Peter and his team members have counted most of the major companies in this sector as among their clientele, including PharmaEssentia, Oneness, and Foresee. They have, moreover, been advising numerous early-stage and pre-IPO biotech companies on fundraising strategies.
Finally, Peter devised the motto "HEADs Up" to underscore the four industries that QIC views as those that will lead Taiwan's economic growth going forward – Health Tech, Energy Tech, Automotive Tech, and Data-based businesses. QIC has since created several conferences and events around this theme.
