Eric oversees business development and sales of QIC products and services.

Eric has previously worked at Fubon Securities and CTBC Securities, accumulating over 20 years of experience in securities underwriting services. He is well-versed in the capital market and has collaborated extensively with accountants, investment institutions, and securities regulatory authorities. Skilled at identifying promising companies and shaping their positioning, he has helped IPO firms achieve a 2- to 10-fold growth in market capitalization. During his tenure as Vice President of Business at CTBC Securities’ Investment Banking Division, he expanded the firm by establishing branches in Hsinchu and Taichung—marking the first time a branch was set up outside of Taipei since the start of the division. Eric also provides services for companies planning to enter the capital market through IPOs and SPOs, as well as for listed companies in areas such as capital raising, mergers and acquisitions, and business collaborations. He has successfully completed numerous IPO and SPO projects, with notable cases including Aerospace Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC), Sinbon, Chen-Tai Technology, Great Tree Pharmacy, GeneReach Biotechnology, Hantech Bio-Tech, and others.

Eric graduated from the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University with an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA)and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Tamkang University, majoring in Accounting. Beyond his expertise in securities and finance, Eric enjoys reading Chinese poetry and even dabbles in writing his own. He is also passionate about playing golf, mainly because it is a sport that hones his patience and challenges him to minimize personal mistakes, while also serving as a great way to connect with friends. To this day, he still plays 6 to 8 rounds of golf each month.
