At QIC, YC is responsible for and participates in Financial, Industrial & Materials, New Economy Software, and Renewable Energy projects and research. She specializes particularly in assisting companies that face headwinds, in a challenging industry, or companies with a small scale/market cap, complex structures, or in a unique industry that is not well-known to the public, to identify their strengths and advantages, formulate equity stories, and conduct investor targeting. YC and her team assist clients in raising corporate profile and enhancing capital market positioning, increasing equity value through comprehensive investor relations, financial public relations, investment banking, and corporate sustainability services. This includes formulating capital market stories, identifying suitable investors, conducting global roadshows, and offering strategic planning for media exposure. Additionally, they connect the company's efforts in sustainability with growth strategies, translating them into internationally recognized ratings to get attention from ESG investors and passive funds such as ETFs. Moreover, they have facilitated various transactions, including fundraising, existing shareholder exits, and management buyouts, achieving the optimization of equity structure, improved stock liquidity, and enhanced equity value through diversified and multi-dimensional approaches.

YC joined BNP Paribas in Paris in 2009, specializing in the research of equity derivatives. She later moved to London in 2010, where she worked at Barclays as a European Equity Strategist, focusing on industry and stock-picking strategies. Afterward, she returned to Taiwan and joined the Sales Desk of the Taiwan Equities at Barclays Bank. Before pursuing studies and working abroad, YC worked at Capital Securities as a bond and interest rate derivative trader.

YC holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from HEC Paris, where she pursued studies in the bilingual (English/French) section as well as Finance. She also holds a Bachelor's Degree (BA) in Economics from National Taiwan University. In addition to her passion for foreign languages and cultures, YC enjoys visiting Amazon.com in different countries and overseas e-commerce platforms in her free time, searching for items that are unique or with good value.
