Leo brings extensive hands-on experience in renewable energy, equity research, investment banking, sales, and marketing to QIC, focusing on value creation in the renewable energy industry. During his 1.5-year tenure at QIC, Leo facilitated more than 10 corporations in raising their profile as investment opportunities, allowing investors to evaluate and make informed decisions. Key accounts include J&V Energy, HD Renewable Energy, Billion Electric, Billion Watts Technologies, INA Energy, RiTWIN Energy, Tainergy, and Amazing Talker. Leo assists companies in reaching new heights, helping identify suitable investors, conducting global non-deal roadshows, and facilitating fundraising, mergers, and acquisitions. He also assists existing shareholders in divesting and enhancing stock liquidity in the market. Additionally, he translates clients' ESG efforts into internationally recognized ratings for investor reference.

Leo joined Standard Chartered Bank in 2016 as a Management Trainee and transitioned to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management Department in 2017. Later he joined ICA Shanghai as a senior associate, covering the consumer discretionary sector in China, HK, and Taiwan. Key Accounts including JNBY(3306.HK), EEKA(3709.HK), Chlitina(4137.TW). After that, Leo joined Cathay Private Equity in Taipei. He was responsible for fundraising and LP communication. He had closed the mandate for 4 funds including the Infrastructure PE Fund (267M USD), Tech PE Fund (33M USD), Ecology PE Fund, and Consumer PE Fund.

Leo holds a Bachelor's Degree from National Chengchi University majoring in Applied Mathematics. Aside from his financial expertise, Leo is an amateur player in basketball, table tennis, and Texas poker.
